Trish Moeketsi-Njogu is a trailblazer in executive wellness and human-centered leadership. She is the Founder of Tumi Wellness, Kenya’s leading mobile wellness company which is the parent company behind The Wellbeing Agenda—a transformative platform designed to elevate personal and organisational wellbeing through coaching, curated organisational experiences, and evidence-based programs for sustainability.
With over a decade of experience across the wellness, leadership development, and marketing sectors in Kenya, South Africa, and Zimbabwe, Trish bridges professional excellence with personal restoration. She is a certified Executive Coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), holding a PCC credential. Her coaching style blends behavioural insight, soulful self-leadership, and practical strategy—making her a trusted partner to executives, founders, and teams seeking work-life harmony and sustained impact.
At The Wellbeing Agenda, Trish leads program design and delivery across corporate wellness workshops, Thrive Circles, various wellbeing programs. She curates safe, enriching spaces where individuals and teams can reconnect with purpose, navigate stress with agility, and embrace holistic success—on their terms.
As an executive with over 15 years experience in the Wellness industry , Trish also draws from her personal story of resilience—starting Tumi Wellness as her own form of “Kintsugi therapy” after profound life transitions. Her work has been showered with various awards across Africa and featured in the Daily Nation, and she continues to champion the message that wellbeing is not a luxury—it’s the new metric of leadership, performance, and legacy.
Rebecca Amo is a Behavioural Science Strategist and Curator of Subjective Wellbeing with over a decade of cross-sector experience spanning multinationals, SMEs, and startup ecosystems across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the US. As Co-Lead of The Wellbeing Agenda, a flagship initiative under Tumi Wellness, Rebecca brings the science of human behaviour to life—integrating cutting-edge behavioural insights with practical wellness strategies for thriving workplaces and communities.
She is the Founder of LiveMore_withamo, a platform through which she curates behaviour change journeys rooted in lived experience and scientific rigor. Her passion lies in enabling people and organisations to unlock sustainable wellbeing through purposeful habits, psychological flexibility, and data-informed interventions.
Rebecca holds an Executive Master’s in Behavioural Science from the London School of
Economics (LSE) and a Global Executive MBA in Leadership and Management from USIU. Her work reflects a deep commitment to translating complex behavioural concepts into relatable, actionable tools that promote mental resilience, emotional balance, and holistic performance.
At The Wellbeing Agenda, she spearheads the design of evidence-based wellness programs, leads executive wellness strategy sessions, and facilitates immersive workshops on stress mastery, resilience, and workplace wellbeing culture. Her expertise is core to the Agenda’s mission of moving wellbeing beyond surface-level perks to systemic, sustainable transformation.
