Reservations: Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time. Please alert your therapist of any medical issues that could affect your abilities to receive any of our treatments. Some of these may include the following:

Transport: Kindly note the travel surcharges from Mkoko Close, Westlands to your location will be charged according to Uber 2 way fares.
Cancellation: 6 hours cancellation notice is required to help us re-schedule your treatment or release to another client. Advance bookings must be cancelled 24hours prior to booking time or full fee will be charged. Late cancellation for same day bookings will attract Ksh 1000 cancellation fee for individuals and 50% for group bookings.
Upon arrival of the therapist, the treatment should commence within 30mins. Any delays beyond that time frame, may attract an additional fee of Ksh 500 per extra 30mins.
Set up: Please expect the therapist 15-30 minutes prior to scheduled time to set up. Kindly prepare a quiet room with space to fit a massage table & provide us with a power outlet, hot water & a small table for our equipment.
Treatment time: We ask in preparation for your massage, to kindly shower before your treatment.
Minimum service charge: Our minimum treatment booking is at least 1hr massage or a session in the amount of Ksh. 5000.
Refusal of services: Tumi Wellness therapists are trained professionals upholding high ethical standards. Any illicit or sexual advances will result in immediate termination of service. You will be liable for full payment of scheduled service.
Gift Voucher: Gift Vouchers can be purchased for all of our services and are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
Refund policy: Unused portions of packages are non-transferable or non-exchangeable for another time.
Groups Policy: We require a minimum of 4 guests and Ksh. 2500 services each. All group sessions must be booked at least 1 week prior to the event day.
Comfort: Tumi Wellness therapists will treat all clients with respect and we expect the same from you. If for any reason you feel uncomfortable during any spa treatment, please let the therapist know immediately.
