Health Concerns

Please alert your therapist of any medical issues that could affect your abilities to receive any of our treatments. Some of these may include the following:
● High/ Low blood pressure
● Recent surgery
● Muscle, back or joints injuries
● Pregnancy
● Diabetes,
● Thrombosis
● Broken skin, allergies and lesions

Setup & Treatment

Please expect the therapist 15-30 minutes prior to scheduled time to set up.
Kindly prepare a quiet room with space to fit a massage table & provide us with a power outlet, hot water & a small table for our equipment.
We ask in preparation for your massage, to kindly shower before your treatment.

Cancellations

6 hours cancellation notice is required to help us re-schedule your treatment or release to another client. Advance bookings must be cancelled 24hours prior to booking time or full fee will be charged. Late cancellation for same day bookings will attract Ksh 1000 cancellation fee for individuals and 50% for group bookings. Upon arrival of the therapist, the treatment should commence within 30mins. Any delays beyond that time frame, may attract an additional fee of Ksh 500 per extra 30mins.

Transport & Others

Kindly note the travel surcharges from Mkoko Close, Westlands to your location will be charged according to Uber 2 way fares.
